Roger L. Haskell, Esq. | CEO

Mr. Haskell is a U.S. born attorney who was raised in Toronto, Canada. After completion of an accelerated school program in Toronto, he studied engineering at Bucknell University in Pennsylvania, architecture and design in London, England, before traveling to California where he received his law degree. Roger is admitted to the California Bar and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. His engineering interests led him to design and patent an adjustable wrench, and in the late 90's to build an electric car based on a 1958 Corvette with a custom frame. He holds a degree in English literature, is published as a writer, and studied Film at UCLA. He has traveled extensively in Europe, Africa and Central America.

Mr. Haskell has lectured and spoken on legal and non-legal matters. He has worked at both national and international levels as an advocate for brain injured individuals. He has also been recognized for his work in California's Volunteer in Parole program where attorneys serve as mentors for parolees. He is co-founder of a California non-profit which introduces disadvantaged and handicapped children to sailing.

Roger's legal experience includes securities matters, international fraud, reparation claims, and matters related to transportation industries. He has been recognized as an outstanding attorney on local and national levels for his work on multi-jurisdictional matters. A former name partner of a La Jolla law firm, he now maintains a scaled back legal practice in California and focuses on the growth and development of alternative energy via Median Wind LLC.

 
 

Phil H. Bell | VP of Marketing

Phil Bell is a business person with a broad background. He has over 20 years of experience in financial services, as well as being an entrepreneur. Phil has served as Vice President of Torrey Pines Bank and Bank of America. His duties were to develop new business for each bank, while maintaining the relationships with clients he brought to each bank. Phil’s in-depth knowledge of what it takes to make a business profitable combined with having the experience of building a successful business himself is an important skill set.

Phil is a long-time resident of San Diego where he serves on a community board and is active in his church.

 

Dennis F. Bell | CIO

Mr. Bell has been involved with Information Technology for over 30 years. He has a wide range of experience from Video Security for the Capital and the White House with more recent experience in Biotech creating robotic equipment for drug discovery. He won industry awards for unique designs.

He has had his own software company producing software to simulate typesetting equipement with the PC. Mr. Bell has also participated in 5 different startup companies as well as consulted with many companies on IT issues over the years.

Dennis has recently moved back to San Diego where he is connecting with family after a 5 year tenure in Burbank with Warner Bros.

 

Greg Wayer | Project Financial Development

Mr. Wayer has worked in the financial industry for over 15 years. He held executive positions with three of the top banking institutions in the nation: Wells Fargo Bank,NA; Countrywide Bank,NA and most recently JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA. Greg also has extensive business development experience, having worked with numerous banking business partners, lending companies, auction houses, asset managers and realtor firms throughout the United States. He has dealt both in acquisition and liquidation.

Mr. Wayer earned his degree in Industrial Management/Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in 1984. After graduation, Greg worked for General Motors Corporation for numerous years where he gained management and quality control experience in the manufacturing environment. He also has a broad background with numerous entrepreneurial start up ventures.
